How is usage billed?
Each plan includes a set of minutes every month. Calls are billed per started minute. When included minutes run out, calls continue from your prepaid wallet at your plan’s per-minute rate.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace starts on a free trial with included minutes, no credit card needed.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade any time from Plan & billing. Plans are paid per period and simply end if you do not renew. See our refund policy for details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay. You get a payment receipt for every transaction.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Included minutes reset every month. Wallet credit does not expire while your account is active.
