These terms govern your use of DigiGini Hello (the “Service”), provided by DigiGini. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure and are responsible for activity in your workspace. You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your business.
Acceptable use
You will use the Service only for lawful business calls. You will not:
- call people without a lawful basis or required consent, or ignore do-not-call requests and TRAI regulations;
- use the Service for harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, debt collection practices prohibited by law, or political robocalls;
- mislead people about who is calling, or deny that a call is made by an AI assistant when asked;
- upload data you have no right to use, or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
We may suspend workspaces that break these rules or put the Service, our providers or the public at risk.
AI-generated content
Conversations, summaries and extracted fields are produced by AI and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for the prompts and knowledge you give your agents, and for reviewing outcomes before relying on them for important decisions.
Plans, usage and payment
Plans are paid in advance for the chosen period and include a set of monthly minutes. Usage beyond included minutes is charged from your prepaid wallet at your plan’s per-minute rate, billed per started minute. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds are covered by our refund & cancellation policy.
Phone numbers
Numbers are provided through our telephony partner and remain ours or our partner’s. Shared pool numbers may be used by several customers. Dedicated numbers may be returned to the pool if your plan ends or no longer includes them.
Your data
You own the data you upload and the call records generated for you. You give us permission to process it to provide the Service, as described in our privacy policy.
Availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Calls depend on telecom networks and third-party providers outside our control.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data.
Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may end or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered office location have exclusive jurisdiction.
