Privacy policy

Last updated 30 October 2026

This policy explains how DigiGini (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you use DigiGini Hello (the “Service”), our website and our AI voice calling platform. We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.

Who this policy covers

  • Customers: businesses and their users who create a workspace on the Service.
  • Contacts: people our customers upload and call through the Service. For this data, our customer decides why and how it is used, and we process it on their instructions.
  • Visitors: people who browse our website or contact us.

Data we collect

  • Account details: name, email, phone number, company name and login information.
  • Billing details: plan, invoices and payment status. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay; we do not store them.
  • Contact data uploaded by customers: names, phone numbers, emails and any other columns in the uploaded file.
  • Call data: call times, duration, recordings (where enabled), transcripts, AI-generated summaries, outcomes and extracted fields.
  • Website and enquiry data: messages sent through our contact form, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type.

How we use data

  • To place and answer calls, run campaigns and generate call summaries for our customers.
  • To bill for usage, prevent fraud and keep the Service secure.
  • To respond to enquiries and provide support.
  • To improve the Service. We do not sell personal data.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that protect it:

  • Plivo, for telephony (calls, numbers and recordings).
  • Sarvam AI, for speech-to-text and text-to-speech.
  • xAI (Grok), for generating conversation replies and call summaries.
  • Razorpay, for payments.
  • Our hosting and email providers.

Some providers may process data outside India. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards as permitted by law.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must have a lawful basis and any required consent to call their contacts, must respect do-not-call preferences and TRAI regulations, and should tell people when a call is handled by an AI assistant and when it is recorded.

Retention

We keep customer data for as long as the workspace is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal, tax and audit obligations. Customers can delete contacts and export their leads at any time, and can ask us to delete their workspace.

Security

Each workspace is logically isolated. Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to people who need it, and webhooks between our systems and our providers are signed.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. If you are a contact of one of our customers, please also reach out to that business directly. We will respond within the time required by law.

Grievance officer

For complaints about how your data is handled, write to our grievance officer at the email below. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and, for significant changes, notify customers by email.
